Most of the pies

No Fail Pie Crust

2 cups of flour
1 cup of Crisco
1/2 cups ice water
pinch of salt
2 tsp. sugar
Put flour, salt, sugar and crisco in a bowl with a good lid (Tupperware), kind of smash the crisco into the flour so it is not a big glob, then add the ice water and but the lid on and shake till a nice ball of dough is formed and the sides of the bowl are clean. Makes two pies. Remember the less you handle the dough the better. Bake on 375 for 9 minutes or until it is a little brown.

Our trip to the Family History Center at BYU. It was so fun we had the BEST tour guide (Dini) and then our very own helpers, Eloise Rasmussen, Marion and Helene Pockrus.
A Big THANK YOU to them.

As we entered the Library Brother Pockrus was waiting for us and the girls rushed right over to Sister Pockrus.

Our tour guide was the cutest little lady, Dini. She really made it fun for our girls.
Our girls were so good, We were really proud of them.

Can you read this? Showing us the microfilm.

Getting help to look up our family names.

This was a great activity and we thank Sister Rasmussen, Bro. & Sis. Pockrus, and Sister Bunderson for making it happen in such a smooth manner.
A Thanks to our 15 girls who were wonderful while we were there.
